Check back shortly; the data will be available once ShopShark finishes processing the video.

Click the arrows next to a column name to sort the list. Use the Show selector to choose how many products appear per page, and the page numbers to see more results.
Content Analytics
The Content Analytics section lists the videos and LIVEs posted by the shop's own account. Select All, Videos, or LIVEs to filter the list. The columns displayed are Content, Content Type, GMV, Likes, and Views.
Top Affiliates
The Top Affiliates section lists the creators who promote the shop's products. The columns displayed are Creator, Tier (the creator's size, such as Nano or Micro), GMV, Followers, and CVR. Click the arrows next to GMV, Followers, or CVR to sort the list, and use the Show selector and the page numbers to see more creators.
Note:
The full Top Affiliates data is available on the Pro and Premium plans. On the Explorer plan, the Top Affiliates section shows each creator's name, and the Tier, GMV, Followers, and CVR columns appear blurred with a lock icon.
Opening or refreshing a shop detail page counts as a Deep Dive toward your daily limit. Sorting a list or switching between All, Videos, and LIVEs within the page does not count. Opening a product, video, or LIVE from the shop detail page opens a new page and counts as a Deep Dive.
The Categories page
The Trending Categories page in ShopShark ranks TikTok Shop categories by GMV, so you can check whether a category or niche is commercially attractive before choosing products or building a shop around it. To open the Trending Categories page, click Categories in the left-side navigation menu.
The Trending Categories page shows one level of the TikTok Shop category tree at a time, starting with Level 1, ranked by GMV from highest to lowest. Each row combines data for the category and all its subcategories.
Filters and sorting
At the top of the Trending Categories page, you can filter and sort categories to focus on the market you want to research.
Category Level: choose which level of the TikTok Shop category tree the table shows: Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3.
Category: narrow the table to one branch of the category tree by choosing the parent category one level above. The Category filter is available from Level 2. With Level 3 selected, click the arrow next to a Level 1 category to choose one of its Level 2 categories.
Date Range: All time, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 60 Days.
Search: type a category name in the "Enter category name..." field and click Search.
Blue Ocean: show growing categories where the top 10 shops hold a small share of the revenue.
Rapid Growth: show the categories whose revenue grew fastest within the selected date range.
To remove all active filters at once, use the Clear all filters option. To sort the table, click the arrows next to a column name, such as GMV, Growth Rate, Number of Shops, GMV per Shop, Top-3 Shops Ratio, or Top-10 Shops Ratio. Use the Show selector at the bottom of the table to choose how many categories appear per page, and the page numbers to see more results.
Note: On the Categories page in ShopShark, Level 2, Level 3, and the Blue Ocean and Rapid Growth filters are available on the Premium plan. On the Trial, Explorer, and Pro plans, the Trending Categories page shows Level 1 categories, and these options appear with a lock icon.
Categories table

A dash (-) in the GMV Trend or Primary Channel (Est.) column means ShopShark is still collecting that data for the category.
Note: Opening a product or category detail page from the Trending Categories page counts as a Deep Dive toward your daily limit.
Category detail page
To open the category detail page in ShopShark, click any category row on the Trending Categories page.
The Category Overview page shows the market data for one category. The breadcrumb at the top of the page (for example, "Trending Categories > Baby & Maternity > Nursing & Feeding") shows where the category sits in the TikTok Shop category tree, and you can click it to go back to a parent category.
Use the Time Range options at the top of the category detail page to change the period for every section: All time, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, or Last 90 Days.
Note: On the category detail page, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, and Last 90 Days are available on the Premium plan. On the Trial, Explorer, and Pro plans, All time and Last 7 Days are available, and the other time ranges appear with a lock icon.
The category detail page is organized into four sections, each described below: Category overview, Trends, Subcategories, and Shop, Product, and Creator Ranking.
Category overview
The category overview at the top of the category detail page shows the category name, its level (Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3), and its Blue Ocean or Rapid Growth badge when the category qualifies for one. The metrics displayed are:
Total GMV: the category's gross merchandise value in the selected time range, including all its subcategories.
Number of Shops: the number of shops selling in the category.
Growth Rate: the category's revenue growth within the selected time range.
GMV per Shop: the category's average GMV per shop.
Top-3 Shops Ratio: the share of the category's revenue held by its top 3 shops.
Top-10 Shops Ratio: the share of the category's revenue held by its top 10 shops.
For Level 1 categories, the category overview is followed directly by the Trends and Subcategories sections, and the Subcategories table lists the category's Level 2 categories.
For Level 2 and Level 3 categories, the category detail page also shows the other categories of the same level under the same parent category, for example "Other Level 2 categories in Baby & Maternity", with each category's GMV and growth rate. Click a category card to open that category's detail page.
Trends
The Trends section on the category detail page shows the category's Sales Strategy as a donut chart. Select By Channel to see the share of sales from Self-Operated, Affiliate, and Organic sources, or By Content to see the share from LIVE-led, Video-led, Affiliate, and Organic sales.
Subcategories
The Subcategories section on the category detail page lists the categories one level below the current category, ranked by GMV. The Subcategories section appears on Level 1 and Level 2 category pages. Click a subcategory row to open its category detail page. The columns displayed are:
Rank: the subcategory's position in the list.
Category: the subcategory name.
GMV: the subcategory's gross merchandise value in the selected time range.
Growth Rate: the subcategory's revenue growth within the selected time range.
Share of Parent: the share of the current category's GMV held by the subcategory.
Number of Shops: the number of shops selling in the subcategory.
Use the Show selector to choose how many subcategories appear per page, and the page numbers to see more results.
Shop, Product, and Creator Ranking
The category detail page ranks the top 10 shops, products, and creators in the category for the selected time range. Click See all on any ranking to open the Top Selling Shops, Top Selling Products, or Top Performing Creators page filtered by that category.
Shop Ranking: Rank, Shop (with its categories), Best-Selling Products, GMV, Units Sold, and Growth Rate.
Product Ranking: Rank, Product (with its shop), GMV, Avg. Unit Price, and Units Sold.
Creator Ranking: Rank, Creator, Best-Selling Products, GMV, GMV Trend, and Units Sold.
Note: Opening a category detail page, including opening another category from the category cards or the Subcategories table, counts as a Deep Dive toward your daily limit.
The Favorite List
The Favorite List lets you save any video, product, LIVE, creator, ad, or shop to a personal list, so you can track it over time without repeating the same search. The Favorite List is available on every ShopShark plan, including the Trial plan.
Saving an item
A star icon appears next to every video, product, LIVE, creator, ad, and shop, on both list pages and detail pages. Click the star to save the item. Click it again to remove it. If you are not logged in, clicking the star prompts you to log in or create an account.
Note: On the Trial plan for Shopshark, the masked #1 and #2 ranked items on each page do not display a star icon. You cannot save a masked item.
Opening your Favorite List
To open your Favorite List:
Click your account email in the top-right corner of the platform.
Select "My Favorites".
The Favorite List is not available from the left-side navigation menu.
Using the Favorite List page
The Favorite List page organizes your saved items into tabs: "All Items", "Videos", "Products", "LIVEs", "Creators", "Ads", and "Shops".
On the "All Items" tab, results are grouped by content type, with each group having its own item count and "Sort by" control.
Each saved item card shows a reduced set of metrics, such as GMV, GMV growth percentage, and views, and the category tag when available. This is not the full set of columns or metrics shown on the item's original source page.
The Favorite List page also gives you the following fields:
Search: Use the "Search added items" field to find a saved item by name.
Category and GMV filters: Every tab has the same two filters, "Category" and "GMV", a simplified, unified filter set that does not mirror any single source page's own filters. Opening the Favorite List page, opening a saved item's detail page from it, or using these filters does not count toward your daily Deep Dive and Search limits.
Sort by: Choose between "Added: New to Old" and "Added: Old to New".
Remove an item: Click the star icon on the item, either from the Favorite List page or from wherever the item originally appears.
If an item is no longer available: if a saved item's underlying product, creator, video, ad, or shop is removed or no longer available on TikTok Shop, it disappears from your Favorite List.
Favorite List limits
On the ShopShark Trial plan, you can save up to 5 items in total to your Favorite List, across all content types. When you reach the limit, an upgrade prompt appears. Explorer, Pro, and Premium plans have no limit on saved items.
If a saved item falls outside your plan's historical data range (Explorer and Pro: the last 90 days), it stays in your Favorite List. The historical range limit only applies when you open the item's detail page.
Common use cases
The following use cases show how to apply ShopShark data to solve common challenges on TikTok Shop.
Trend identification before saturation
If you want to find a product that is already generating sales today and list it in your store before the trend peaks, use the ShopShark Today filter combined with a category selection to find products generating significant GMV in the last 24 hours.
Note: The Today filter is available on the ShopShark Pro and Premium plans only. On the Trial and Explorer plans, the filter is visible but locked.
Affiliate recruitment based on sales performance
If you want to recruit affiliates but follower count alone is not a reliable indicator of performance, use ShopShark GMV metrics and creator contact information to identify creators who have demonstrated actual sales results, rather than high engagement with low conversion.
Competitor sales spike analysis
If a competitor is achieving high daily sales and you want to understand whether those results come from organic videos, paid content, or live streams, use ShopShark's time-based performance analysis to correlate their sales spikes with video uploads and live sessions.
Product lifecycle and inventory risk
If you want to avoid dead stock or committing to a product that is past its peak, monitor the ShopShark 7-day or 30-day sales trend charts with the daily gains view to assess whether the product is still growing, reaching saturation, or already in decline.
Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
How reliable is the connection between a video and a product sales spike?
How reliable is the connection between a video and a product sales spike?
The connection between a video and a product sales spike in ShopShark is based on time comparison, not on proven causation. ShopShark identifies which videos were published during a sales spike so you can recognize patterns. Interpreting that correlation is part of your own analysis process, and ShopShark recommends combining this information with other data points available in the platform.
What happens when a daily limit is reached in ShopShark?
